Design and development of automobile assembly model using federated artificial intelligence with smart contract

With smart sensors and embedded drivers, today’s automotive industry has taken a giant leap in emerging technologies like Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, the Internet of things started to build data-driven decision-making strategies compete global manufacturing. This paper proposes novel design framework that uses Federated learning-Artificial intelligence (FAI) for Smart Contract (SC) policies process execution control completely automated automobile manufacturing industry. The proposed introduces element called Trust Threshold Limit (TTL) helps moderate excess usage equipment, tools, energy, cost functions, limiting wastages processes. research highlights use cases AI decentralised Blockchain with contracts, company’s trading policies, its advantages effectively handling market risk assessments during socio-economic crisis. developed model supported by real-time incorporated delivery time energy evaluations. Results spotlight FAI decision accuracy contract-based Automobile Assembly Model (AAM), thereby qualitatively threshold level cost, other functions procurement assembly Customisation graphical user interface cloud integration are some challenges this model.
